The Company

We’re recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, data-driven company operating across the UK. They have a modern, remote-first culture and are known for investing heavily in junior talent — providing real training, mentorship, and clear career progression. This is not a high-pressure consultancy or corporate environment. It’s a structured, supportive team where people are given time to learn, develop, and do meaningful work.

The Role

They’re hiring an Entry-Level Data Analyst to join their remote analytics team. This role is designed for someone early in their data career — or looking to break into data analytics — who wants hands-on experience, real projects, and strong long-term growth. You’ll work with live datasets, support business decisions, and build dashboards, reports, and insights used across the company. Full training, onboarding, and ongoing support are provided.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Working with structured datasets to identify trends and insights
  • Building and maintaining reports and dashboards
  • Supporting teams with data-driven decision making
  • Cleaning, validating, and organising data
  • Assisting with ad-hoc analysis and business questions
  • Learning best practices in analytics, reporting, and data tools

About You

  • Strong interest in data, analytics, or technology
  • Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets
  • Logical thinker with good attention to detail
  • Confident written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing your time

You do NOT need years of experience. Graduates, career-changers, and self-taught candidates are all encouraged to apply.

Skills That Help (Not Essential)

  • Excel or Google Sheets
  • SQL (basic level)
  • Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
  • Any experience with data, reporting, or analysis

Training will be provided regardless.

What’s On Offer

  • £40,000+ starting salary
  • Insane benefits package (well above market)
  • Fully remote working – UK based
  • Clear progression into mid-level and senior analyst roles
  • Full training, mentoring, and development support
  • Flexible working hours
  • Supportive, professional team culture
  • Long-term role with real career growth
