A fast-growing sales organisation is expanding its team across North America and EMEA and is looking for ambitious, curious, and high-performing Sales Development Representatives. This role sits at the front line of demand generation, turning targeted outreach and active user interest into high-quality pipeline for Account Executives.
What You’ll Do:
- Build, qualify, and manage a strong pipeline across outbound and account expansion efforts.
- Research target accounts and craft personalised outreach based on real challenges and use cases.
- Work closely with Account Executives and Growth Marketing on campaigns across priority regions including North America, the UK, DACH, Benelux, and the Nordics.
- Use CRM and engagement tools to track and optimise activity across email, phone, LinkedIn, and video.
- Partner with Product-Led Growth teams to identify activation and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Meet and exceed activity, meeting, and qualified opportunity targets.
- Share feedback from the market to help refine messaging and positioning.
What You’ll Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or another pipeline-focused role, ideally within B2B SaaS or product-led environments.
- A consistent record of hitting or surpassing pipeline goals.
- Experience working with mid-market and enterprise buyers across multiple regions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Fluency in German is a plus, especially for engaging the DACH market.
- Additional EU languages are also welcome.
