We’re hiring a Graduate Business Development Representative (BDR) to help build pipeline, engage new prospects, and support senior sales and consulting teams within a fast growing, global consulting business.
What you’ll be doing
- Outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualifying inbound and outbound leads
- Booking meetings for senior sales and consulting leaders
- Managing and updating CRM data accurately
- Tracking outreach activity and performance metrics
- Representing the business at industry events and conferences
What we’re looking for
- 1–3 years’ experience in a BDR or SDR role (or strong graduate with sales exposure)
- Confident communicator with a commercial mindset
- Comfortable with outbound outreach and lead qualification
- Organised, proactive, and target driven
- Interest in enterprise technology or SaaS
