A growing and highly regarded technology services provider is looking for a relationship-driven Account Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of established client relationships within a collaborative and supportive environment.
This role sits at the heart of the business and is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong client partnerships, understanding people as well as technology, and ensuring customers receive exceptional service.
The Role:
You will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their technology services deliver real value. This is not a heavily sales-driven role; success comes from building trust, maintaining strong relationships, and staying organised around account performance. The position is approximately 80% relationship management and 20% commercial/account oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and ensuring service delivery aligns with expectations
- Work closely with internal technical teams to ensure successful delivery of IT services
- Monitor account performance and maintain oversight of commercials
- Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and deliver additional value
- Facilitate regular client meetings, service reviews, and strategic discussions
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Service Delivery within IT Services / MSP environments
- Backgrounds such as Service Delivery Manager, Account Manager, Project Manager, or Customer Success Manager are all highly relevant
- A naturally relationship-driven and personable approach
- Strong listening skills and the ability to understand both technical and people challenges
- Organised and commercially aware, with the ability to manage accounts effectively
- Confident and authoritative when working with clients and internal teams.
The Team:
You will join a CS/AM/SE team of four, working closely alongside colleagues in a collaborative environment focused on delivering outstanding client experience.
