About The Role
We are looking for a talented and motivated Graduate AI Engineer to join our growing engineering team in Cambridge. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to work on real-world AI and machine learning problems, contributing to the design, development, and deployment of intelligent systems in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will work closely with experienced engineers, data scientists, and product teams to build scalable AI-driven solutions while developing your technical and professional skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning and AI models
- Assist in data preparation, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Deploy and monitor models in production environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into technical solutions
- Stay up to date with the latest AI/ML research, tools, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Understanding of machine learning fundamentals (supervised/unsupervised learning, model evaluation, overfitting, etc.)
- Experience with common ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or similar
- Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn

- Experience with deep learning, NLP, or computer vision
