Are you a Junior Data Analyst with a passion for Power BI and a desire to turn business data into clear, actionable insight? We’re looking for a motivated and detail-driven Junior Business Data Analyst with strong Power BI skills to join a growing hybrid-working London-based team. You’ll sit at the heart of the business, transforming operational and financial data into near-real-time dashboards and reports that directly influence commercial decision-making. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career to gain ownership of core reporting, automation, and data visualisation across a modern Microsoft-based data environment while working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports used across the business
- Develop Power Automate workflows to streamline reporting and operational processes
- Prepare datasets for AI interrogation and help introduce smarter, self-serve reporting
- Translate business requirements into clear functional reporting specifications
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams
- Track performance metrics and identify trends to support strategic planning
- Maintain strong data governance, security, and report performance standards
- Provide user support and enable teams to self-serve using Power BI and Excel
- Support platform data accuracy, permissions, and new user onboarding

What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Data, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or similar
- Experience building Power BI reports and Power Query models
- Ability to build Power Automate flows
- Strong Excel, SQL, and Microsoft 365 skills
- Exposure to data governance, data quality, and reporting best practice
- Curiosity around AI and automation
- Confident communicator, comfortable working with stakeholders across the business
- Proactive, commercial, and keen to grow in a fast-moving environment
