What You’ll Be Doing
- Executive Support
- Managing calendars, inboxes, and meeting schedules
- Coordinating travel and preparing itineraries
- Preparing documents, reports, and presentations
- Handling confidential information with professionalism
- Streamlining day-to-day operations
- Organising files, systems, and workflows
- Supporting HR, finance, and project functions
- Assisting with onboarding tasks
- Liaising with clients, partners, and internal teams
- Preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes
- Following up on action items to ensure deadlines are met

- Previous PA, EA, or strong administrative experience
