About the Role: Are you a veteran of the UK Building Societies or Credit Unions world who knows exactly what happens behind the scenes of a mortgage or loan application? Have you mapped, built, or implemented a Loan Origination System (LOS) from the ground up and know every workflow, data field, and API integration by heart? We are looking for a highly specialised Product Operations professional who has wielded the tools or owned the product operations in this specific niche.
- Sector Deep-Dive: You have a deep, practical understanding of how UK Building Societies and Credit Unions uniquely operate their lending books (e.g., handling complex or non-standard manual underwriting compared to rigid tier-1 algorithmic banks).
