Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partnership Manager with a strong background in building and managing strategic partnerships. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward by nurturing relationships with external partners, educating them on our product offerings, and identifying opportunities to enhance collaboration and grow market share. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently while fostering strong, productive relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring alignment with the company’s goals. Educate partners on the company’s products, services, and strategic goals to maximize partnership potential. Identify and leverage opportunities for joint ventures and co-marketing to drive growth. Take a proactive approach in identifying challenges and proposing innovative solutions to maximize partnership success. Build and expand relationships with key decision-makers within partner organizations.
  • Strategic Execution: Collaborate with key stakeholders to support strategic initiatives that enhance market presence and penetration. Lead the preparation of presentations and proposals tailored to different partners. Ensure effective execution of partnership agreements, including tracking and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Opportunity Identification: Continuously evaluate the market and partnership landscape to identify new opportunities for collaboration. Develop a deep understanding of partner capabilities and explore avenues to expand or strengthen partnerships. Monitor competitor partnerships and market trends to identify strategic opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or marketing.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong partner relationships.
  • Experience in managing strategic projects and executing partnership initiatives to meet business goals.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively identify opportunities to drive growth.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of market trends in financial technology, competitor analysis, and partnership best practices.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
