Enterprise Architect – HR & Payroll Systems Advisory

Location: London, UK (Hybrid or Remote)

£105 to £125k + Bonus & Benefits

This role needs a visionary and highly experienced Enterprise Architect to join our advisory
practice. In this client-facing role, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through complex HR and Payroll digital transformations.

You will leverage your deep expertise in HR systems architecture, particularly with SAP SuccessFactors, to design and deliver innovative solutions that align with our clients\’ strategic business objectives. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of HR technology for leading global organizations.

What You\’ll Do:

  • Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide HR and Payroll systems architecture for our global clients.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including CHROs and CIOs, on HR technology strategy, roadmap, and governance.
  • Architect and oversee the integration of complex HR and Payroll systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process efficiency.
  • Develop and implement target operating models that support business agility and scalability.
  • Provide expert guidance on SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central, Payroll, and other key modules.
  • Lead pre-sales activities, including solution roadmapping, RFP responses, and client presentations.
  • Contribute to the growth of our advisory practice by developing reusable assets, playbooks, and thought leadership.

What You\’ll Bring:

  • 15+ years of experience in HRIS, with a strong focus on enterprise architecture and global program delivery.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale HR transformation programs for multinational organizations.
  • Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, including multiple certifications and hands-on implementation experience.
  • Extensive experience with complex payroll integrations and data governance.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior executives.
  • A strategic mindset, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Experience in a client-facing or advisory role is highly desirable.
