Talent Technology Lead (Talent, Learning, Performance & Skills Systems)
London, hybrid
Base up to £125,000 plus bonus to £30,000, 15% pension, up to 35 days leave, private family healthcare.
This is a techno-functional ownership role, not a project management role responsible for a global consolidations of talent, learning, performance and skills technology. You will assess the current estate, runs the vendor selection and leads the implementation, then owns the delivery train that runs it.
ROLE PROFILE
- Deep knowledge of the talent-technology market: Workday Talent/Learning, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, skills and talent-marketplace platforms, their modules and limits
- Has taken a talent, learning or performance platform from selection to live, in-house or client-side
- Techno-functional: reads architecture, discusses integration patterns and engineering benchmarks, and understands the HR calendar
- Has run or led an RFP and challenged vendors and consultants on scope, design and cost
- Hands-on with configuration, data and testing
- Regulated, global, matrixed organisation background
- Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams; scaled-agile exposure useful, not required
Own the talent systems assessment. Own the selection and the recommendation. Own the implementation through cutover and adoption. Own the delivery backlog and quarterly plan. Own the relationship with Talent, Learning and Performance leadership. Own the challenge to vendors and architects.
