This is a senior, accountable executive role leading end-to-end delivery of a connected, skills-based Talent ecosystem across the entire global workforce.
Programme Scope:
- Talent Marketplace (Gloat, Eightfold)
- Learning Experience Platform (Degreed, Cornerstone)
- Skills taxonomy and ontology
- Job architecture
- Workforce intelligence and analytics
What the Role Involves:
- Own the programme end-to-end, including governance, budget, risk and SteerCo reporting
- Lead full RFP and vendor selection across Talent platforms
- Oversee implementation and integration of LXP, Talent Marketplace and related systems
- Design and govern the target Talent technology architecture
- Drive stakeholder alignment across HR, Technology, Finance and the business
- Lead enterprise adoption, transition to BAU and benefits realisation
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience as Programme Director or Transformation Lead on large-scale Talent or HR technology programmes
- End-to-end RFP delivery
- Hands-on implementation of Talent Marketplace and LXP platforms
- Skills-based workforce models including taxonomy and job architecture
- Multi-system HR integration
- Executive and SteerCo-level accountability
Desirable:
- Workday or equivalent HRIS integration experience
- Exposure to AI-driven Talent platforms and skills inference tools
- Background in complex, global or regulated environments
