This role will suit a mid to senior level Technical BA or Consultant! Someone fluent at directing an agentic coding environment Claude to produce working systems including infrastructure code. You will act as consultant, business analyst, product owner, tester and delivery lead across the full lifecycle. You will own the full delivery lifecycle, from specification through to a deployed, tested system.
Candidates must have demonstrable end-to-end experience delivering agentic AI automation; the confidence and credibility to work directly with senior business stakeholders and lead requirements gathering; sound judgement on AI output reliability; a structured approach to risk and failure modes; independence; and enough technical literacy to know when what Claude has produced is wrong.
THE ROLEWork directly with the business to identify, specify and deliver agentic AI automation within the client's internal platform.
- Map existing business processes and identify where agentic automation delivers value.
- Liaise directly with business stakeholders to elicit, challenge and document requirements, and translate them into deliverable agentic AI solutions.
- Identify and deploy AI agents that receive input from the business and produce completed reports and outputs.
- Map current processes, elicit and challenge requirements, and shape them into agent and workflow designs.
- Direct Claude to build those designs, application logic, tests and the infrastructure.
- Implement fail-closed guardrails and establish verification processes.
- Familiarity with agentic AI development.
- Infrastructure as code ideally Bicep or Terraform.
- Azure DevOps.
- CI/CD pipelines and automated build and deployment.
- Containerisation.
- A consulting, business analysis, process improvement or transformation background is welcome. A traditional software engineering background is not required.
