This is a senior programme ownership role responsible for delivering a next-generation Talent ecosystem, centred around skills-based workforce architecture, internal mobility and AI-enabled Talent platforms. You will operate as the Accountable Programme Lead, owning the transformation from vendor selection through to implementation, integration and adoption at scale.
The Role:
- Lead a global Talent Systems transformation programme, focused on building an integrated Talent technology landscape:
- Recruitment CRM
- Learning platforms (LMS / LXP)
- Skills & Talent Marketplace
The programme is centred around enabling a skills-based organisation, including:
- Skills taxonomy / ontology and intelligent job architecture
- Talent marketplace and internal mobility
- AI-driven skills inference and workforce insights
- Integration across the full Talent lifecycle (hire → develop → deploy)
- Data-driven Talent and workforce decision-making
Essential Deliverables & Requirements:
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale Talent / HR technology transformation programmes
- Clear ownership of end-to-end RFP and vendor selection processes
- Experience implementing one or more of the following:
- Talent Marketplace platforms (e.g. Gloat, Eightfold, Fuel50)
- Recruitment CRM platforms
- Learning platforms (LMS / LXP)
