Overview
Architecture Business Analyst HR Technology — Permanent, UK-wide, remote-first. Base pay range: Up to £85k + B&B.
Responsibilities:
- Turn business asks into clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Make integrations connector-first (suite tools before iPaaS).
- Produce concise decision packs with privacy/retention and access controls.
Requirements:
- Recent BA experience in HRIS/Payroll (Workday, SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM).
- Proven stories + ACs and UAT ownership to production.
- Awareness of suite-native connectors (e.g., EIB/Core Connectors, Integration Center, HCM Adapter) and when to use them.
- Comfortable working with architects, data leads, and payroll.
- Basic SQL/BI for reconciliation; exposure to payroll parallel testing; interest in AI/HITL guardrails.
