Microsoft Copilot Lead ā AI Productivity Lead
Location: London (Hybrid, 2ā3 days on site)
Engagement: Permanent
This role requires an experienced Microsoft Copilot Lead to own the design, deployment, and optimisation of enterpriseāwide AI productivity solutions across the digital workplace. You will be accountable for turning Copilot and AIāenabled tooling into secure, scalable, and adopted capabilities that deliver measurable productivity gains, while operating within regulated enterprise environments.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in: Azure AI (ML, Applied AI Services, Cognitive Services, AI Foundry, Responsible AI toolkit) ā Technical stack: Python, Java, C++, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PHP, SQL (MySQL, Oracle), VSCode, Jupyter and experienced in API integration, deployment strategies, and cloud governance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Own the endātoāend lifecycle of Microsoft Copilot and AI productivity tooling.
Define and deliver a Copilot roadmap aligned to business, security, and governance priorities.
Lead enterprise rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of AIāenabled workplace tools.
Provide technical leadership on Copilot Studio, custom agents, connectors, and workflow automation.
Embed AIādriven productivity and automation through low/noācode platforms.
Manage vendor relationships, licensing, and platform performance.
Ensure compliance with information protection, data governance, and regulatory controls.
Act as escalation point for Copilotārelated incidents, risks, and service issues.
Lead a small delivery team and external partners.
Required Experience
5+ years in enterprise digital workplace, platform, or product roles.
Handsāon experience delivering Microsoft 365 and Copilot solutions at scale.
Strong understanding of Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and GenAI use cases.
Experience operating in regulated or complex environments.
Proven stakeholder management across business and technology.
Confident owning roadmaps, budgets, and vendor relationships.
