You must have demonstrable end-to-end agentic ai build experience; proficiency with a modern agentic coding environment (claude) sound judgement on ai output reliability; structured approach to risk and failure modes; independence; technical breadth across the stack.
Role overview
- Design, build and maintain AI agents and tools within the client's internal platform.
- Direct agentic coding tools (Claude) to build, rather than authoring code manually.
- Own end-to-end agent delivery, acting as product manager, developer, tester and analyst.
- Identify errors and weaknesses in AI-generated output and apply appropriate testing and validation.
- Implement fail-closed guardrails and establish verification processes to ensure reliable output.
- Liaise directly with business stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver solutions.
- Own the full delivery lifecycle, from specification through to a deployed, tested system.
- Experience of infrastructure deployment using Terraform (infrastructure as code).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated build and deployment processes.
