Begin a technical career learning how enterprise Microsoft platforms are configured, integrated, extended and supported in live customer environments.
Every successful implementation needs people who can understand a system, follow standards and fix things carefully. We are growing technical consultants who learn by doing, supported by experienced engineers.
What you will own
- Supporting configuration, customisation and technical testing
- Documenting technical designs, steps and support notes
- Helping investigate issues and reproduce bugs
- Keeping development environments and source control tidy
What you will work on
- Dynamics 365 configuration and customisation
- Integration and data migration support
- Azure and Microsoft 365 technical foundations
- Testing, debugging and support handover
What good looks like
- You can follow a process and spot when it breaks
- You document what you did so someone else can pick it up
- You test your own work before declaring it done
Platforms
- Dynamics 365
- Power Platform
- Microsoft 365
Experience
What you need, what helps, and what you can learn.
We separate genuine requirements from experience that simply accelerates fit. A long list of preferences is not a requirement.
Experience that helps
- Building or troubleshooting software, apps or scripts
- Studying computer science, IT or a technical subject
- Supporting users or systems in a previous role
- An interest in Microsoft business applications and cloud platforms
What you do not need to know on day one
- Deep programming or integration expertise
How the work runs
Responsibility, decisions and support.
Accountability should come with enough context and support to make a good decision.
How the team works
- You will pair with technical consultants and developers on live work
- Code and configuration are reviewed before reaching a customer environment
- You will learn our standards for quality, security and supportability
- Your apprenticeship blends structured technical learning with delivery
