Responsibilities:
- As a Business Developer you will be the bridge between Intelic's groundbreaking technology and our partners in the defense industry.
- You will identify strategic opportunities, establish partnerships, and support expansion into new markets across Europe.
- Working closely with our leadership team, you will directly influence Intelic's roadmap and ensure our solutions meet the needs of partners and defense stakeholders.
- Your role is about understanding client needs, positioning our solutions effectively, and driving sustainable growth for Intelic.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Europe and translate them into commercial results.
- Build and coordinate international partnerships and onboard technical partners to expand our partner network for European Defence Fund, NATO, and MoD programs.
- Represent Intelic at international trade shows, events, and partner meetings.
- Support the preparation of proposals and tenders with engineering, finance, and leadership.
- Conduct market and competitor research to guide strategy and growth plans.
- Translate strategic objectives into a concrete pipeline of opportunities.

What success in your first year looks like:
- You will establish relationships with local Primes, with the goal to convert them into substantial partnerships.
- You will establish relationships with local Governments on all levels, to leverage for the promotion of Intelic.
- You will create synergy between these two focus areas to increase their willingness to collaborate with Intelic.
- Engage with local Partners that could have added value to our AI Marketplace/Ecosystem.
