What You’ll Do?
- Client Engagement & Quality Consulting: Act as a Quality Management subject matter expert, supporting customers, prospects, and internal teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, Services, and Customer Success. Partner with customers to understand their Quality challenges and goals, providing practical recommendations to improve processes, compliance, and outcomes using Intelex software. Analyze customer processes, systems, and data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement. Build trusted relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers.
- Sales Strategy & Enablement: Collaborate closely with Sales and Pre‑Sales teams to support pipeline growth and deal execution. Lead or support discovery sessions, needs assessments, and solution positioning aligned to customer Quality objectives. Deliver software demonstrations and solution walkthroughs that clearly articulate business value. Contribute to sales enablement materials, including industry use cases, personas, playbooks, and training. Support the development of ROI models and business cases for Intelex.
