Pipefitters/Welders

We are currently looking for an experienced Pipefitters/Welders to join our growing team in Middlesbrough.

The candidates must be motivated and hardworking and must have a willingness to learn and adapt. The work will be a full time, fixed-term contract for works on a large project local to Teesside.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Ability to work within a team/on own to fabricate jobs
• Proven experience working with Stainless Steel and Mild Steel
• Ability to read and fabricate from engineering drawing

We are looking for someone with the following experience and qualifications:

• Time Served Apprenticeship or equivalent certification required
• A full UK driver’s license advantageous
• Skills for interpreting mechanical drawings, documentation and data
• Various safety qualifications such as CSCS Card / site safety passport / MEWP / IPAF / SSSTS are desirable

Working Hours

• Full time
• 37.5 hours per week, with regular overtime available at a higher rate
• Subcontractors may apply
