To be the face of our company and client and deliver exceptional service we rely on our Customer Support Agents to delivery. A bubbly, outgoing, dedicated and enthusiastic individual to be part of a growing team.
Reporting Relationship: Post holder will report directly to Team Leader (TL)
Customer Support Agent Job Purpose: Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.
Customer Support Agent Job Duties:
β’ Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
β’ Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
β’ Maintains customer records by updating account information.
β’ Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
β’ Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
β’ Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
β’ Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
β’ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills: Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information and Multi Tasking.
Qualifications: Candidates must pose 5 GCSEβs between the grades of A-D, and a C or above in English.
