Role Overview: The IT Helpdesk Technician provides fast and effective IT support, answers technical queries, and helps users resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for users (phone, email, portal)
- Remote troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Escalation when needed
- Logging and tracking incidents (ITSM tools)
- Providing guidance on IT tools and services
- Contributing to knowledge base and improvements
Tech Environment:
- LANDesk (preferred), SharePoint, Confluence
- TeamViewer, SCCM, LogMeIn
- Microsoft 365, Windows
