Intelance is looking for a hands on generative AI specialist to join its associate network.

You will design practical learning content, build reliable demonstrations and teach business users how to write better prompts, check outputs and decide when an AI agent is appropriate.

The work includes remote design and testing, with travel to UK client sites for selected workshops.

This is a flexible freelance associate role. Assignments are agreed through separate statements of work.

  • Design practical learning content on prompt writing, prompt refinement, output validation and responsible AI use.
  • Build and test live demonstrations using enterprise generative AI tools.
  • Explain the difference between a prompt, a reusable workflow and an AI agent.
  • Show non technical users how to spot weak evidence, invented facts and unsafe outputs.
  • Create realistic exercises that can be completed on a laptop during a workshop.
  • Develop reusable prompt templates, instructions, checks and warning notes.
  • Help structure prompt libraries so that content is easy to find, review and maintain.
  • Co facilitate workshops for mixed seniority audiences.
  • Adapt content to the limits and controls of a client approved AI environment.
  • Work with subject specialists and learning designers to keep examples accurate and useful.

Requirements

  • Strong current experience using generative AI in an enterprise setting.
  • Advanced practical skill in prompt design, prompt testing and output evaluation.
  • Experience designing or implementing AI agents and knowing when they should not be used.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Azure Open AI or similar enterprise AI platforms.
  • Experience creating and delivering live demonstrations for business users.
  • Ability to explain technical ideas in plain English.
  • Clear understanding of responsible AI, data protection, access controls and human review.
  • Evidence of building prompt libraries, AI playbooks or reusable AI workflows.
  • Confidence facilitating groups and responding to detailed questions.
  • Availability for remote preparation and travel to UK client sites when required.
  • Right to work in the UK and ability to provide services as an independent contractor.
