Provides senior administrative support and program coordination to the Chief Counsel, International, and the leadership team across EMEA, APJ and China within Intel's Corporate Affairs, Policy, International Trade and Legal (CAPITL) function. Aligned to the New Intel and CEO Lip-Bu Tan's focus on disciplined execution, this visible role suits a self-starting, globally fluent professional who simplifies how work gets done with smart judgement, discretion and a practical, can-do mindset. The role's core objectives are to proactively anticipate needs, remove friction and stay ahead of priorities, with minimal supervision, escalating only high-risk decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a proactive administrative partner to the Chief Counsel, International (based in UK) and her globally located leadership team.
  • Own calendar and meeting logistics by triaging and prioritising inbound requests, managing competing demands and protecting leadership time.
  • Independently manage frequent international travel and meeting needs using appropriate judgement and technology; understand and optimise routes and distances, time zones and options, and engage directly with service providers.
  • Prepare agendas and materials, capture actions, and drive follow-up to support execution and accountability.
  • Trusted with highly sensitive, time-critical and reputationally significant matters; exercises discretion and mature judgement.
Reporting, Budgets and Program Coordination
  • Own and simplify budget tracking, reporting cadence/accuracy and law firm invoice management, coordinating closely with central teams.
  • Own preparation of operational dashboards, using matter management tools to pull relevant data. Identify trends, risks, and variances; propose corrective actions and streamline reporting.
  • Track delivery of team priorities and education programs, ensuring clarity of ownership and progress.

Qualifications:
  • Experience (7+ years) in administrative and program coordination roles within a global organization, supporting and representing senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently with senior level judgement and accountability
  • Highly tech savvy, with strong Microsoft 365 capability and advanced levels of confidence using (and trialing new) AI / digital tools.
  • Comfortable working across multiple geographies, cultures, and time zones
  • Professionally mature, progressive in enterprise wide thinking, and comfortable operating with ambiguity.
  • Calm, confident communicator with the courage to push for clarity.

This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. However, you must live and work from the country specified in the job posting, in which Intel has a legal presence. Due to legal regulations, remote work from any other country is unfortunately not permitted.
