As a member of this team, you will work directly with company owners, making a real difference in their businesses by helping them grow. Businesses partnering with Google come in all shapes, sizes, and market caps. No single Google advertising solution works for all. Your expertise in online media, combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities, will shape how new and existing businesses grow.
In this role, you will:
- Provide Google-caliber client service: Leverage your relationship-building skills to understand your clients' needs and guide them towards the best solutions.
- Conduct research and market analysis: Anticipate decision-making processes, uncovering key business needs and understanding how Google products can drive growth.
- Develop strategic vision: Collaborate with clients to set the vision and strategy for their advertising campaigns, reaching thousands of users.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Achieving ambitious business and product growth goals: Contribute to the team's success by meeting or exceeding targets.
- Building relationships with clients: Establish connections via phone calls, email marketing, and regular consultations to advise clients on maximizing their Google Ads investment.
- Owning a portfolio of small businesses: Become an expert on your clients' businesses, identifying growth drivers, managing risks, and creating quarterly plans to achieve their goals.
- Driving customer growth: Deliver exceptional customer sales experiences and help clients achieve their business and marketing objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing roles.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certification in Google Digital Workshop.
- Familiarity with Google Ads and online advertising.
- Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling for client engagement.
- Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to drive impact.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context within the United Kingdom, consistently exceeding quotas to drive growth.
