Responsibilities
- Design and deploy state-of-the-art offline generative AI models to enhance, optimize and improve productivity of key business functions of multiple products.
- Build and optimize OCR technologies to handle various document formats, including scanned PDFs, images, structured forms, and handwritten text.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI and integrate new techniques into our projects.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest low-code/no-code platforms and leverage them to accelerate development and reduce time to market.
- Work together with project team and cross-functional team to design and implement quality solutions as per customers’ and stakeholders’ requirements.
- Debugging and resolving technical problems that arise.
- Participate in solutioning meetings with project team and customers.
- Fine-tuned domain-specific LLMs/ML models tailored to corporate lending and commercial banking domain.
Technical Requirements
- Working knowledge of Web API, REST, XML, JSON.
- Hands-on experience in UI/UX development using JSP, HTML5, React, CSS3, JavaScript.
- Able to define solution and prepare technical specifications according to Functional Specifications.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, and experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), LangChain, and multi-LLM / AI agent orchestration.
- Experienced in fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) in local and offline environments.
- Hands-on experiences in extracting information from financial-related documents such as loan agreements, financial statements, and credit reports using OCR or VLM technologies.

- Strong fundamental knowledge in machine learning, deep learning, and artificial intelligence.
- Experience in Banking Solution development will be an advantage.
- Willing to work in a cross-cultural team with multi-geographical locations (onsite-offshore) will be an advantage.
- Advantage if worked on Agile Framework or aware of basic Agile terminologies and processes.
- Provide technical input during the business development life cycle.
- Participate in experimentation to assess new solution/application paths.
- Identify challenges to help the development of formalized solution methodologies.
- Interface and coordinate tasks with internal and external technical resources.
- Collaborate to provision estimates, develop overall implementation solution/application plan.
- Basic knowledge on Containers (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps technology on VMware infrastructure and/or Public Cloud (e.g. AWS, Azure, Oracle, Alibaba) will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Cloud.
