Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist Wealth Strategists with technical information and draft reports.
  • Prepare client packs for review meetings.
  • Ensure all client meeting information is accurate and timely.
  • Attend client meetings, create meeting minutes, and document financial needs and objectives.
  • Maintain ongoing client relationships, answer queries, and arrange reviews.
  • Research and analyze financial products and services suitable for clients.
  • Prepare investment strategies, mandates, and recommendations adhering to regulatory standards.
  • Review client portfolios regularly to assess holdings and changing priorities.
  • Use research and planning systems like FEAnalytics, Cashcalc, and platforms such as Elevate, Transact, & Abdrn Wrap.
  • Ensure timely implementation of recommendations.
  • Stay updated on industry, compliance, and regulatory developments.
  • Build productive relationships with colleagues and clients within and outside the business.
