As the Senior property Manager, you will report to the Resident Services Manager and play a pivotal role in driving high standards of customer service. Your leadership will be crucial in managing the Property team to ensure smooth operations, supporting Relationship Managers, and resolving resident issues proactively.

• Lead and manage the Property team to deliver exceptional customer service and resident experience
• Drive high standards of property management and resident satisfaction across all platforms
• Inspire, mentor, and coach the team to achieve outstanding performance against all KPIs

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in property management or real estate
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
• Strong customer service experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail
