Integro Partners is looking for a Sales Team Leader / Trainer based in Stockport. The role involves leading, coaching, and motivating a sales team to achieve targets while ensuring compliance with company policies.

The ideal candidate will have a background in performance management and call centre leadership.

The position offers a competitive salary of OTE Β£40k+, staff discounts, and a company pension after the qualifying period.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 9am - 5:30pm and Friday 9am - 5:00pm.
