I am searching for an experienced Property Manager or Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join a busy and growing property team in Sale.
The Role:
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 170 properties, overseeing the lettings process from initial landlord enquiry through to tenant move-out (excluding financial responsibilities).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting property inspections
- Carrying out property viewings
- Photos/floorplans for new listings
- Managing the lettings process from instruction to move-out
- Ensuring properties are maintained and compliant
Working Hours:
- Monday - Thursday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
- Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Every other Saturday: 10:00am - 4:00pm
