Lettings Administrator £31,000 Gravesend A leading real estate company is seeking a Front of House Property Administrator to join our dynamic team in Gravesend. As a key member of our front-of-house operations, you’ll be the heart of the resident experience—ensuring residents receive exceptional service and the building is maintained to the highest standards. This is a permanent role with a competitive salary and benefits package. Key Responsibilities Be the face of the property, delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with residents. Contribute to the efficient management and maintenance of the property, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless experience. Deliver the company’s customer service strategy and standards, driving resident satisfaction through excellent service delivery. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Previous experience working in organizations providing market rental properties, travel and tourism, or hospitality is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with residents and colleagues. Qualifications in property management or customer service would be advantageous, along with a proven track record of working towards and achieving targets.
