A major BTR Business is seeking a talented Resident Services Administrator to join our dynamic team in Birmingham. This is a permanent role with a competitive salary of £27,000 per annum. As a Resident Services Admin, you will be a pivotal member of our front-of-house team, ensuring that our residents receive an exceptional service and that the building is maintained and managed efficiently.

Preferred Requirements:
- Deliver the customer service strategy and standards, ensuring high-quality resident services and increasing resident satisfaction.
- Work closely with company-wide colleagues to provide excellent customer service, encourage resident engagement, and promote the brand.
- Carry out a range of front-line services, including meet and greet, reception, parcel handling, inspections, lettings viewings, and ad-hoc tasks.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality services, including front and back-of-house functions, amenity space management, voids and unit management, tenancy, income management, and tenant involvement.
- Demonstrate a strong awareness of health and safety requirements on-site and the ability to implement them when required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in organisations providing market rental properties, travel and tourism, or hospitality is essential.
