We're looking for a Relationship Manager focusing on clients based in the North West/ North. The portfolio will range in terms of funding limits but will largely be made up of clients operating invoice finance facilities with some where additional services and products have been provided.

What the role entails:

  • Building a proactive visit program allowing for relationships to be built and maintained to put us in the best possible place to manage facilities, provide best service and adapt to changing landscapes.
  • Monitoring and managing risk through monitoring of the facility performance, management information packs and through knowing your client.
  • Completing annual reviews on the portfolio or ad hoc reviews where facility amendments are required.
  • Supporting our new business efforts by way of providing advice to our Business Development team on particular prospects/situations, deal structuring, underwriting of new business proposals for Invoice Finance facilities and support with the take on process where required.
  • Taking part in monthly portfolio review meetings with key business stakeholders.
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining an excellent relationship with our clients.
  • Increasing debtor funding limits as requested and ensuring necessary cover limits are applied.
  • Monitoring and maintaining pro-active risk management of credit and risk across allocated portfolio, this includes obtaining and reviewing financial information.
  • Maintaining appropriate risk grading for each client facility in accordance with the risk policy and escalating client/risk concerns you may have.

Package & Benefits:

  • £45,000 - £60,000 per annum + car allowance
  • 25 days holiday per holiday year (January to December).
  • An additional 1-day holiday on your Birthday.
  • Early finishes on alternate Fridays subject to workload commitments.
