A Property Business is seeking a talented Property Administrator to join our dynamic team in Manchester. As a Property Administrator, you will be a pivotal member of our front-of-house team, ensuring that our residents receive an exceptional service and that the building is maintained and managed efficiently.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Deliver the customer service strategy and standards, ensuring high-quality resident services and increasing resident satisfaction.
  • Work closely with company-wide colleagues to provide excellent customer service, encourage resident engagement, and promote the brand.
  • Carry out a range of front-line services, including meet and greet, reception, parcel handling, inspections, lettings viewings, and ad-hoc tasks.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality services, including front and back-of-house functions, amenity space management, voids and unit management, tenancy, income management, and tenant involvement.
  • Demonstrate a strong awareness of health and safety requirements on-site and the ability to implement them when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in organisations providing market rental properties, travel and tourism, or hospitality is essential.
  • Strong written and verbal English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with residents and colleagues.
