My client manages a large portfolio of high quality rental homes and uses smart technology and clear processes to deliver a professional, compliant service for landlords and tenants. They are growing quickly and are looking for a Tenancy Progressor to join their Manchester team.
The Role
This role is responsible for managing the tenancy process from offer agreed through to move-in. You will ensure all referencing, documentation and compliance checks are completed accurately and on time using the Goodlord platform. You will work closely with Lettings, Finance and Property Management to ensure smooth, compliant and on-time move-ins.
