IFA Administrator Up to £30K Glasgow Central Hybrid working after probation Looking for an opportunity to develop your career a firm that offers internal progression to all areas of their business? Wanting to sit your Diploma and require support to do this? If any of the above are true, then get in touch… A Glasgow based Wealth Management Firm are keen for an IFA Administrator to join their already established team. This individual needs prior experience of working in Administrative roles within Pension, Investments or an IFA firm. Whilst there is internal progression, and opportunities will be there to develop, the successful applicant will need to be happy to remain in this position for 12 months+ beforehand. Key responsibilities: Be the point of contact for various different individuals, such as Clients, Providers and internally with Advisers As well as looking after administrative duties, also handle incoming telephone calls and Ensure all client letters, company information and correspondence is uploaded to Intelligent Office, and named following the company procedure and allocated to the correct client Produce valuation & review packs for internal advisors, demonstrating ability to update information and liaise with clients to update Complete aftercare such as investment withdrawals, new business submissions, change in client details etc. Be a point of contact for in person meetings with clients, by welcoming them and providing assistance with meetings If you are interested in an opportunity to join an established firm as an IFA Admin, please get in touch
