I am currently working with a growing financial planning firm in Liverpool City Centre that is looking to recruit a Client Manager Support to join their team. This role will involve supporting the Client Manager (and occasionally the wider Client Support Team) in delivering high-quality financial planning support, research and client servicing within a regulated environment.

The Role

  • You will assist in preparing financial recommendations and suitability reports, maintaining accurate client records and supporting the full client review process both before and after meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Client Manager with research and analysis to meet client objectives
  • Assisting in the preparation of suitability reports and cashflow analysis
  • Researching financial products and obtaining quotes, illustrations and comparisons
  • Liaising with product providers and third parties to gather required information
  • Supporting new business processing and general case progression
  • Assisting with client financial reviews and ongoing servicing
  • Managing and monitoring client review workflows
  • Supporting the implementation and maintenance of the Personal Finance Portal (Intelliflo)
  • Ensuring all work meets regulatory and compliance standards

About You

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical ability
  • Organised and efficient, able to manage multiple tasks
  • Client-focused with strong communication skills
  • Keen to learn, develop and take on increasing responsibility
  • Experience within financial services or wealth management preferred
