If any of the above are true, then get in touch… A Glasgow based, multi award winning Wealth Management Firm are on the lookout for an experienced Wealth Management / Financial Planning Administrator to join their already established team. This individual needs prior experience of working in Administrative roles within Pension, Investments or an IFA firm. Whilst there is internal progression, and opportunities will be there to develop, the successful applicant will need to be happy to remain in this position for 18 months+ beforehand. Supporting Paraplanners, you will be expected to provide both administrative and telephone based service to the businesses ongoing clients, as well as being a point of contact for internal contact from new and existing clients.
