A leading property management company is seeking a passionate and experienced Facilities Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Facilities Manager BTR, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of our diverse portfolio of properties. Preferred Requirements:
- Provide facilities and project management experience, with additional expertise in health, safety, and environmental management.
- Assist in managing the provision of hard and soft facilities management, refurbishment, and refresh projects, while monitoring service providers and contractors' performance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, including the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, Houses in Multiple Occupation, and the Housing Health and Safety Rating Scheme.
- Maintain and update property maintenance schedules, life cycle plans, and cost forecasts to optimize the efficiency of our facilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional facilities management services and support the overall business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ideally hold a formal professional qualification in building, engineering, or construction, supported by a recognized qualification in Facilities Management and preferably in Health, Safety, and/or Environmental Management.
- Be a member of a recognized professional body, such as IWFM (BIFM), MCIOB, MRICS, IFMA, IOSH, or equivalent.
- Possess extensive experience at a senior level in Facilities.
