North Manchester Based Hybrid Working (2 Days WFH)

Responsibilities

  • Accurately interpret adviser-client files to fully understand client objectives and adviser instructions, transforming them into clear and compliant Financial Planning Reports.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify the most appropriate products, providers, and investment funds tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the Technical Team Leader to ensure all paraplanning activity is aligned and clearly communicated.
  • Liaise with the Compliance Team for any cases requiring pre-sale approval, ensuring adherence to internal and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare detailed Financial Planning Reports within agreed timelines, ensuring precision in spelling, structure, and presentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the paraplanning log and other internal systems.
  • Take ownership of your professional development through a Personal Development Plan, maintaining performance standards and expanding technical knowledge.
