General Manager £46,000 Bristol We are looking for a General Manager to join their Build-to-Rent operations on a permanent basis. You'll be earning £46,000 and reporting to the Regional, leading the onsite team to deliver exceptional resident experiences across their properties. This is a hands-on role where you'll shape how residents experience their homes, from day one through to community building and beyond. Lead a resident services team from the ground up, managing everything from customer service and lettings through to events and tenant engagement Design and deliver resident events and community initiatives that actually get people excited about where they live Own the day-to-day operations of a BTR site, hitting performance targets while keeping residents happy and the team motivated Preferred Requirements Solid experience managing resident or customer services teams, ideally in market rent properties, hospitality, or similar customer-facing environments Proven ability to lead and develop teams, including recruiting and training staff from scratch Track record of creating engaging events and coming up with creative ideas that resonate with residents Experience designing and delivering service improvement plans, plus managing budgets and monitoring performance against KPIs Strong communicator with the ability to listen, persuade, and build relationships across teams and with external partners Preferred Qualifications Qualifications from NFOPP, IRPM, RICS, or ARMA are desirable but not essential Background in customer, student, or hospitality management Knowledge of additional languages is a bonus Disclaimer Integro Partners Ltd operates as an employment agency and employment business.
