An established and growing wealth management firm is looking to recruit an experienced Qualified Financial Adviser to join its professional and client-focused team in Balsall Common.

This is an employed, office-based position offering the opportunity to work with an existing client base while delivering holistic financial planning advice. You'll be supported by an experienced team of administrators, paraplanners, investment specialists and compliance professionals, allowing you to focus on providing an outstanding service to your clients.

The Role

  • Provide holistic financial planning advice to new and existing clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Advise across pensions, investments, retirement planning, protection, tax planning and estate planning.
  • Support the growth and retention of Funds Under Management.

About You

  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (essential).
  • Experience providing regulated financial advice.
  • A proven track record of managing ongoing client relationships.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Chartered status, or a willingness to work towards achieving it.
