  • Organize and deliver impactful events and community initiatives to elevate the resident experience.

  • Proven experience in property management with exceptional knowledge of compliance, health & safety, and maintenance standards.

  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience, bringing exceptional customer service skills to the role.

  • Medium to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and industry-related systems knowledge.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse stakeholders.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a problem-solver who thrives under pressure, maintaining excellent attention to detail., * ARLA or equivalent industry qualification desirable.

  • Previous experience in leadership or team management roles.

  • Exceptional customer service experience.
