Were looking for someone with several years of dedicated paraplanning experience who has developed strong technical knowledge and is confident working independently while supporting advisers across a broad range of financial planning requirements. Minimum Level 4 Diploma qualified Several years' dedicated paraplanning experience Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, protection and estate planning Experience producing high-quality suitability reports Strong technical research skills and the ability to formulate recommendations with minimal supervision Excellent report writing skills and strong attention to detail Experience working within a structured, compliance-focused environment Ability to provide effective technical support to advisers and challenge where appropriate A genuine long-term commitment to paraplanning as a career A stable track record of developing within paraplanning rather than frequently moving between roles The successful candidate will be someone who can add value quickly , manage their own workload and work collaboratively with advisers and the wider team.
