Senior Sales Negotiator
My client is Merseysides largest independent Property Group.
In this role you will be responsible for close communication with all clients, arranging valuations, viewings and negotiating offers between vendors & buyers.
- Basic Salary up to £30,000 (DOE)
- Market Leading Commission Scheme (OTE OF £35,000+)
- 1 in 4 Saturdays - 9:00 - 1600 + A day off in lieu
- Full training and structured development
The Role:
You will lead from the front and assist the manager in the daily running of the branch managing a team of sales negotiators.
You will be backed by team with a team passionate in delivering the best customer service on Merseyside servicing a large database of buyers, investors and landlords, while being committed to delivering a fantastic service to your vendors.
Minimum requirements:
- Proven track record in sales within a fast paced environment
- Full UK driving license
- To be able to work as part of a team
- High levels of customer service
- Be target driven
- Work to deadlines
Desirable:
- Good local knowledge of area and types of property
- Incoming and outgoing sales calls
- Previous Estate agents experience or a desire to learn
- Cross-selling related services
