This is a brilliant opportunity for an IFA Administrator to join a dynamic and expanding team within an award-winning firm of Chartered Financial Planners.

Expectations within the IFA Administrator role:

• Offering an efficient service for processing new business for sales consultants, handling trades and fund switches, coordinating with product providers, and ensuring proper setup of new business.
• Issuing original policy documents to clients when necessary and ensuring that copy documents/contract notes are provided within the agreed turnaround time, while verifying their accuracy and alignment with the client's requirements.
• Offer post-meeting administrative support to consultants, ensuring all tasks are completed within the agreed timeframes.
• Providing administrative support for valuations, transfer of servicing, and client reviews to enable sales consultants to conduct efficient client meetings.
