We are working with a well-established Wealth Management business that is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Paraplanner to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys the technical side of paraplanning and wants to build a long-term career within the profession.

We are looking for someone with several years of dedicated paraplanning experience who has developed strong technical knowledge and is confident working independently while supporting advisers across a broad range of financial planning requirements.

Key requirements include:

  • Minimum Level 4 Diploma qualified
  • Several years' dedicated paraplanning experience
  • Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, protection and estate planning
  • Experience producing high-quality suitability reports
  • Strong technical research skills and the ability to formulate recommendations with minimal supervision
  • Excellent report writing skills and strong attention to detail
  • Experience working within a structured, compliance-focused environment
  • Ability to provide effective technical support to advisers and challenge where appropriate
  • A genuine long-term commitment to paraplanning as a career
  • A stable track record of developing within paraplanning rather than frequently moving between roles
