This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator looking to join a successful, high-performing team and work within the premium property market
- Manage property sales from initial enquiry through to SSTC.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers and price reductions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers.
- Qualify buyers and register new applicants.
- Provide regular feedback to vendors and keep clients updated.
- Progress sales by liaising with solicitors, buyers and vendors.
- Maintain accurate sales documentation, records and CRM updates.
- Assist with valuations and winning new business.
- Meet individual and branch sales targets.
- Support junior team members and maintain high customer-service standards.
