Job Role / Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative tasks as and when required
- Maintain a clean and organised office environment, promoting a positive and professional atmosphere and ensuring compliance with Health and Safety legislation
- Anticipate and proactively address the needs of senior management to ensure their productivity and efficiency
- Manage correspondence, reception duties and meet and greet visitors and suppliers
- Maintain office systems, including data management and filing
- Control office access management
- Maintain the office supply inventory and order additional supplies as needed
- Manage relationships with third‑party suppliers and raise issues as required (e.g. cleaners)
- Ensure the daily appearance and cleanliness of the office
- Co‑ordinate and monitor office operations to ensure company requirements are sufficiently met on a daily basis
- Ensure meeting and conference rooms are kept in pristine condition and refreshments are ordered in time for meetings when required
- Carry out other tasks and responsibilities as may arise or be assigned
- Deal with highly sensitive documentation and reports, ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times
- Comply with Integrity360 internal systems & procedures
What You Will Bring To Us
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills
- Attention to detail and a self‑confident, can‑do attitude
- Self‑starter with a desire to succeed and a quick‑learning mindset
- Experience assisting with travel bookings, taxis, etc.
- Ability to build a close working relationship with other administrative colleagues
