Job Role / Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative tasks as and when required
  • Maintain a clean and organised office environment, promoting a positive and professional atmosphere and ensuring compliance with Health and Safety legislation
  • Anticipate and proactively address the needs of senior management to ensure their productivity and efficiency
  • Manage correspondence, reception duties and meet and greet visitors and suppliers
  • Maintain office systems, including data management and filing
  • Control office access management
  • Maintain the office supply inventory and order additional supplies as needed
  • Manage relationships with third‑party suppliers and raise issues as required (e.g. cleaners)
  • Ensure the daily appearance and cleanliness of the office
  • Co‑ordinate and monitor office operations to ensure company requirements are sufficiently met on a daily basis
  • Ensure meeting and conference rooms are kept in pristine condition and refreshments are ordered in time for meetings when required
  • Carry out other tasks and responsibilities as may arise or be assigned
  • Deal with highly sensitive documentation and reports, ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times
  • Comply with Integrity360 internal systems & procedures

What You Will Bring To Us

  • A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills
  • Attention to detail and a self‑confident, can‑do attitude
  • Self‑starter with a desire to succeed and a quick‑learning mindset
  • Experience assisting with travel bookings, taxis, etc.
  • Ability to build a close working relationship with other administrative colleagues
